Service Restored in Adams, Juneau, Columbia Counties After Contractor Cuts Line

The 911 lines in Adams and Juneau counties are back up.

The lines were down for about five hours Monday after a third-party excavator dug into and severed two fiber-optic and copper telecommunications lines, according to officials with Frontier Communications.
