Lee Richards

Lee Richards has been in the one-call industry for 40 years. She started her career with Ohio Utilities Protection Service as an operator in 1972. She held several management positions within the organization and has been with the Public Education and Outreach Department since 1997 and managed the department since 2005.

She served 3 years as the Chair of the Mark-It Madness committee of One Calls of America and is past Co-chair of the CGA Educational Programs Committee.
