Jim Bailey

Joining Red Wing Shoe Company in 2016, Jim Bailey is managing director of sales and distribution (Americas). With more than 25 years of experience leading strategic global partnerships with major operators, drilling contractors and major service providers, he is instrumental in deepening sales and distribution channels throughout the Americas.

A proven, global executive, Bailey plays an integral role expanding existing relationships with distribution channels, along with facilitating direct relationships with the oil and gas industry throughout North America, Central America and South America. He also provides leadership and sales strategies with the North American team as Red Wing expands its presence and product offerings in the B2B industrial markets.

Prior to Red Wing, Bailey led Ringers Technologies LLC, a high-end protective glove company primarily servicing drilling companies worldwide. As president, he was instrumental in generating revenue growth of more than 800 percent from 2009 through 2014. Under his direction, Bailey expanded international business relationships from seven countries to more than 60 countries.
