Christi McLain has been in the One-Call industry for over eleven years holding various positions with Texas811: Damage Prevention Agent, Quality Assurance Specialist, Damage Prevention Supervisor, Member Service Manager, and now Communications Manager. Her passion is raising awareness around 811 through creative digital advertising and social media campaigns. She is on the Board of Directors for Leading Women of Damage Prevention, as well as several committees with Texas811 and the FNCA Marketing Committee.

She has been married to the same amazing man for 18 years with two beautiful children and two Mini Aussies. She enjoys spending time with her family and using her creativity to build or create just about anything. Her personal passion is helping others who struggle with depression and anxiety.
