FARMINGTON (WGME) – Former LEAP maintenance supervisor Larry Lord and his wife have filed a lawsuit following last year’s explosion in Farmington that left him with “severe and permanently disabling injuries,” according to a complaint in Franklin County Court.
The suit alleges CN Brown and Techno Metal Post were negligent and caused the explosion.
