Kingston Lawmakers Ponder Possible New Rules Governing Excavation

City lawmakers are considering changes to Kingston’s building permit policy to take excavations into account.

At a Common Council caucus Monday, some members said there is not enough oversight of the impact from clearing land or digging up infrastructure.
