MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – As of 9:22pm, Riley County Police Department announced the area of the gas leak was cleared and normal activities could resume via Twitter.
Just after 3:00pm, RCPD asked residents to avoid the area of 6th St. and Houston in Manhattan.
